Pricing varies based on puppy availability, breed, size, gender, training, and other considerations. Message me for details about pricing for your favorite puppy!
We are happy to offer a $100 discount to any service men/women and first responders. Please bring proof of your service to receive the discount.
All payments in cash or Venmo only please. (No checks)
Deposits and Selection of PUppies
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This money is counted towards the final sale price.
Customers with deposits will select their puppy on a first come, first served basis in the order that deposits are received. Deposits are not refundable, but are transferable. If, for any reason, you would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter. When moving from one litter to another, you will be placed at the end of the list for the litter of your choice.
Families who put down a deposit early in the puppy’s life will be allowed to wait until the puppies are 3 weeks old to make their selection. Each family needs to take into consideration the puppy’s temperament, personality, and individual needs when selecting their puppy. Waiting until the puppy is 3 weeks old allows each family to make an educated decision as to which puppy is the best fit for their family. There will be a designated day/time for final selections to be made.
Families who place a deposit after 3 weeks old will be given 24 hours select their puppy.
Breeding RIghts
Ethical breeders don’t just protect their own dogs and puppies- they look out for the well being of the entire breed.
Years of careful breeding produce wonderful puppies with healthy lines. That kind of dedication and effort to improve the breed can’t be wasted through unregulated, unhealthy, and uneducated “backyard breeding” (when a well-intentioned person breeds dogs for fun without any regard for health considerations or maintaining high standards for the breed) OR “puppy mills” (when a person breeds dogs for financial gain without any regard for the mother, the puppies, or the breed).
Many wonderful people purchase our puppies. We have no problem allowing some of them to purchase breeding rights, but first we want to hear about their plan to breed responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse breeding rights to anyone.
Approved buyers may purchase breeding rights for an additional fee. All other families will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract.

Upon purchase, the buyer and seller sign the following documents:

When the transaction is complete, your baby is all yours to love! In addition, you’ll also receive:
Lifelong support from the breeder available to each puppy and their adoptive families
A wellness exam from our trusted veterinarian
Vaccination and Deworming records
CKC Registration paperwork
All documentation of your puppy’s progress and learning
A picture of the parents
Articles, training tips, grooming tips, info about the breed, and more!
A puppy packet to ensure a smooth transition from the breeder’s home to the puppy’s forever home!
All sales are final. However, because I love these puppies, I will always accept a puppy back if, for any reason, your circumstances change. I am happy to take on the responsibility of finding your puppy a good home. No refund will be available for returned puppies.
